Milehouse Lane Post Office

I have always found this post office and its staff friendly, efficient and always ready to help me in any way they can, in fact on times have gone above and beyond, I cannot praise the staff highly enough, nothing is too much trouble for them and this very rare nowadays. As a small local business we now put all our transactions through this post office and we have the upmost confidence in them as they cater to our every need and advise us continually.....fabulous job team mile house .....👍🏻😃

I frequently use this post office and have done so for a long time,I have found the staff to be friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. They often open counters when it gets busy and they are very knowledgeable. Never had any issues, shop or post office.

They were open during covid which I think was great! Great people go the extra mile. Support your local businesses.

I use the services of Milehouse Lane Post Office several times a week and have done so for the past four years. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. So convenient as open seven days a week. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Well what can I say.. 5 star service all the time.. The owners and staff here are great.. Nothing is ever too much trouble, always go above and beyond to help you out. Friendly, polite and so down to earth.. Regular to the post office and shop.. Highly recommended.. Open early which is a massive bonus.. Will definitely keep coming.. Well, I can only speak as I found.. Due to Covid19 the get-together did'nt happen. I decided to post the 2 main presents. I turned up at the Milehouse Lane Post Office. Steve, the guy at the counter told me it would be cheaper to send the 2 parcels as one. I had'nt got wrapping paper big enough. Steve suggested purchasing parcel tape - which I did. He then taped together the parcels for me. Parcel went via Parcelforce and arrived the following day. I will add there was no queue - no-one was kept waiting. I was greatful for his advice and help. I’ve been using another local post office for years but the service has been awful. Visited here for the first time a few weeks ago and felt very welcome. Staff happy and chatty, didn’t moan about me bringing in more than one parcel ( like the other place did! ). Very happy to keep as my regular post office.

This is my local post office and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The people who work there and the people who own it are lovely. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to save you money if they can.
It is such a friendly, welcoming place to visit.
