Cliff Lane Post Office

Love this post office....always friendly with a cheery word for all....even when it's busy. I love it when my parcels get left here instead of Nacton RD as they a bit mis in there sometimes!!!!! Will deck be going here with my chrimbo cards this year.....

Terrible service. In the summer I used to walk into town to post my parcels as the staff where more helpful, I only used this one for convenience but I definitely will not be doing that anymore. They never stick to the times on their opening hours which was also inconvenient too.

Absolutely rude, patronising and disrespectful. Made my daughter cry with his condisending manner. Would not help her track a parcel saying 'he didn't want to'.

Closed early. Terrible customer service - has been this way for years. For this reason i hate going here when I have to.
