PLEASE DO NOT FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS PROVIDED BY THIS SITE. THEY TAKE YOU TO A SHOP ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF MILDENHALL AND NOT 'MILDENHALL POST OFFICE'.
IF YOU DO, PLEASE DO NOT BE RUDE OR ARGUE WITH THE STAFF OR OWNERS. THERE IS REALLY NO NEED !!!. ITS NOT THERE FAULT ..........................

Really well-run post office service and because it is part of the Co-op, minor services such as posting and click and collect can be done outside of normal hours.
I went in today (Sunday) and found the staff and service to be excellent.

The two ladies that work in this post office have to be the slowest, worst post office members of staff the post office have working for them. Only use this place if you have a half an hour to spare waiting for one person to move ahead of you in the queue.

Just a quick shout out to the amazing lad who helped us today. His service went above and beyond!

Polite staff. Helpful with a variety of mailing questions. Occasionally there is a few minute wait but it is still much better than most US or UK public post offices in that manner. Clean facility & supplies always stocked.

It said that the closing time is at 5:30pm, and I came around 5:04pm to send some stuff at the post office but the guy already closed it because he didn’t have much staff and that he only had 3 staffs and had to do something. And supposedly Royal Mail told him to close the post office at 4:30pm. I came here while I had my leg issue and had to book a can, honestly wasted my money to come here just to know that they closed way before their actual closing time.

The worst post office I have ever been at.
The ladies been struggling to put the address correctly even tho I did show them the address on my phone. Took 2 persons to write down the address on the computer. As well the lady didn't even know how and where stick the sticker!!!! I hope they letter will arrive to the destination point.
Don't recommend if you wanna sent really important letter!!!
