Bell Green Post Office

RACIST! I visited here the other day to return a parcel and a fat middle ages woman with strawberry blonde/ginger hair shouted at me for asking to use their tape. She caused as argument with me and made me out to be a trouble maker. She then refused to let me borrow their pen. She threatened to destroy my parcel. This woman has no people skills and is racist. She completely started on me for no reason and made a big deal out of nothing. Absolutely vile woman. During this whole drama, I heard her on the phone to a customer being very rude and raising her voice at them. Disgusting.

This is the worst post office. I went in to apply for my passport, and even though I am fully british, I was turned away by the check and send lady who basically made me feel like an illegal immigrant. All because my hair is brown and curly and I have a tan with olive skin. Old people these days- so judgemental and discriminative. She tried asking me to get proof of my grandparents identity because she refused to beleive I was born here or that my mum and nan were also british citizens (which they are)
Furthermore, when i got home and realised what they said was all bullcrap, the lady on the phone was SO RUDE and I could hear the anger in her voice, it was shaking and she was so so rude, not even worth the 1 star. DO NOT GO HERE, AND TO THE EMPLOYER, PLEASE GET NEW STAFF

Spoke to a lovely lady today regarding useage of a printer was dreaded the call because of previous reviews but the lady i spoke to was polite and friendly 🙂

Very rude people, especially the very old lady who works in the shop section , she shouldn't be working there because she can't do the job properly & then takes it out on the customers by being very rude, if she was a man she would of got a reality check...I had £800 in my wallet today yet I couldn't make a simple purchase of two phone chargers, instead she mumbled "change or card" i said "cash" she then screeched with an aggressive tone"i said change or card" so I walked out...change or card is not good enough I wanted to pay cash but because Im not a peasant who relies on change I couldn't make a purchase...not acceptable its 2022...My partner also has had to deal with unnecessary outbursts of rudeness from the same old lady

Reasonable shop but bought 2 drinks at labelled price in fridge of £2.99 each but didn't realise until I'd left that they charged me £3.50 each and didn't get a receipt either. So will check next time at till!

The post office at this place, is the worst post office ever. So I wanted to send a parcel to USA, a£466 worth. Because they haven't offered me any insurance option, the parcel got lost, and my £466. Try to make a complaint, no chance.

Rude staff very bad behaviour they don't know nothing the worst place ever not come back

Check your receipt before leaving, im not and i should as fed up of being over charged on postal costs many times..my regular parcels are the same weight and size and its different price every time. Thieving and greedy, not a community post office at all.. rant over..
