Hawks Road Post Office

I agree with the other reviewer, very rude and unprofessional. I was in the post office part this morning, after finishing helping the lady before me the staff member proceeded to serve people at the till who came a while after me, even though I complained straight away. When he finished with all the customers and finally got back to me, I politely complained and said I was in a hurry, for which he just shrugged his arms and said it was fine.

Labelled as a priority postbox on Royal mail website however when bringing my flatmates covid test as instructed I was told to take it to another priority box. Your personal preference does not overrule the royal mails procedures and I will report this Royal mail to take action. Unprofessional

V friendly member of staff helped me select the right postal method for a delivery, best still they're open Sundays too. No complaints, would go back anytime.

Great service, others complaining about the shop customers being served first should bear in mind they are predominantly a shop, and the same staff operate the post office section too, but the shop will always take priority.
That's how the business model works.

The service was rude, they wanted to deceive with the dimensions of the package and expect to pay more. I tried to explain to Villiers rd, Royal mail depot, but they can't do anything because a separate company accepts parcels on their behalf. If you continue like this, then Royal mail will go bankrupt, because that separate company will lead to bankruptcy for the services it provides. Not all post offices are such pests, Kingston Bentalls post office accepted my package!

Very unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Tried to post a package yesterday and couldn't because of the strike. I was told to come back today and when I did I was told they had run out of space to store packages and I had to come back on 19th December.

Great service in the post office and the store in general, clean and tidy. Great choice for a corner shop. Recommend!

Great to have a post office which is open on Sundays - only one in Kingston which is (unless you go over the bridge to Hampton Wick).
