Some great services here and helpful staff. However, whenever I go in there are huge queues, and only 2 staff serving. If you’re visiting be prepared to wait 10-20 minutes to be served.

Very poor. I asked for help on the self service till and the woman just read what was on the screen in a very loud voice.

A decent post office this, just started going into this one a month ago after my local one closed down and wish i had gone to this one years ago, staff are very friendly and they also have self scans which is easier for me, this post office is a far cry from my local one in terms of customer service at least you are greated with a smile.

8th October. Had to do photo licence renewal and what a pleasure it turned out to be. The lady that was on the desk was very efficient but a ray of sunshine. It was so good to find someone who enjoyed her job and had time to put a smile on her customers faces.

Lovely staff! Particularly two young ladies (one with red hair and one with black hair and tattoos, sorry I don't know their names, haha) who are both so friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you!
