Wimborne Post Office

This is at the back if the store and open separate hours to the newsagent. When this closes the newsagents can do soke post office tasks like simple banking and sending parcels, but haven't really been told how. Staff at post office are always helpful and friendly

Can you please update the website with the real current opening times of the actual Post office. Although entirely understandable in the early days of the Corona virus pandemic not to have updated several months have now passed and still no acute information online about the actual operating hours?

Ladies always helpful and polite

I have to use this post office every week to pay money in plus send the odd parcel off. Staff are so rude, they huff if you have to much change and make a point of it. Never apologise if you have had to wait like I did this week 15 minutes in the queue and not a word. Listening to the way they bark at other customers I'm glad it's not just me. Maybe staff training in customer care wouldn't go a miss!!!

Awful customer service at this location. Clearly have they’re favourites who they’re cordial and friendly too, yet with others they’re arrogant and lack anything resembling manners. Certainly won’t be back to this location and would advise you to steer clear if what you’re after is well mannered and decent individuals serving you.
