Woodfarm Post Office

My wife inadvertently put her newly acquired book of stamps in with letters for posting in the Post Office. When we went back 30 minutes later the Post Office Manager found them in the sack with the post. We always find the Manager & his wife extremely helpful.

Closed for lunch? WTFlip?! 🤨

Found two customers in two minutes who were equally as shocked as I was.
The customer is always right (or at the very least here). Stagger breaks or work through. 🤷

I have been using this post office for years now as I run a small business and I send parcels every week and never had any problem despite the bad reviews. The couple running the shop do their job and, to be honest, after I’ve seen the rude and awkward people around that area I feel even sorry for them.

Very good service 100% improvement from my last review. Nice people.

The men is very rude and olso he doesn’t like children he is looking very angry when you go inside with child something rong with him!

So BAD COSTOMER SERVICE.

I just going with my son to post office, The Chinese guy on the till just shouting me to take my son and keep him stay on my side, my 3 years old son not allowed to looking around at this shop.

That Chinese guy NOT friendly at all. Really bad personality and attitude.

Be careful if you wanna take your kids to this shop. Your kids need too be quiet beside you whatever you go. if not that Chinese guy will be shouting you.

The guy at the till is HORRIBLE, RUDE and very RACIST person with no respect for our elderly folks. His sooo rude to all my siblings and my parents. He once got my dad to load his heavy post into the royal mail van and the royal mail guy just felt awkward and told my dad its okay but the horrible till guy insisted and said he can't post this heavy box unless my dad puts it in the van. My dad suffered from back pains after that. He also told my little siblings to not come into his shop anymore. My siblings took my elder brother to talk to him and after that he just ignores them when they come into the shop or serves them last. Kids love post office sweets and treats but this guy made our childhood shop a nightmare for our little siblings. He even told my mum to go to a different post office. He needs to get fired and we need a friendly person running this all time favourite shop like back in the days when post office was our childhood.

I am sorry to say I got annoyed and was myself rude after the cashier refused both of my parcels. He claimed I had wrong information and refused to scan the barcode even on the packages, saying they needed different return labels. I arranged for a collection instead because I know he is incorrect and they are taken fine. Waste of time queuing when he wont take a perfectly fine parcel. Whilst waiting I also noticed dozens of parcels laying around the shop floor, surely this is not acceptable practice, they could be taken by anyone.

As an update both my packages this man refused have arrived fine at their destination. Pay the pennies to get items collected and dont ruin your day by visiting this place.
