Leyton High Road Post Office

I run a small online business and have sent over 4000 parcels in the last 3 years, and have never had a problem before I started using this post office.
I always come in with a smile on my face and behave respectfully but only get rudeness in return. The older man who sits in the middle window dislikes me so much that he berates me even when one of the others are serving me, and has started pretending to count money whenever I come in so he doesn't have to serve me. Last time he told me that I better not come in over Christmas because he doesn't have time for me!
Another has complained about the labels I use (that come from Royal Mail) even though they have never been a problem at any other post office.
I'm giving them one extra star because the guy who usually sits in the first window is very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately experienced complete lack of customer service, felt stressful and the staff are generally rude from the offset. They don't give off the impression that they want to help. Constantly rushing you, and then showing you attitude when you try and explain that you do have the correct barcode to scan.... despite it already saying Royal Mail on it... they just want to get through the queue.

Just get in and out quickly if you have to go.

I was served from Azad, she had amazing customer care , help me with my package, and give me right information and good advice for my sending.
she was very kind and extremely professional , Azad know well all the product better suit with my request, and advice right to customers. very well service.

Told them I had a parcel to collect, they claimed it never arrived, and the attitude regarding finding out where it is was terrible... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Went to deposit old £20 notes into an account. Was told they couldn't do it, then that the amount was too high, then to go to the bank of England, then that only larger post offices could do it.

After repeatedly pointing out that the sign on their window stated they could accept the notes, I was accused of 'telling them their job'.

Reluctantly they agreed to do a 'one time' exception and deposit them. I subsequently spoke with Post Office customer services, who confirmed ALL branches can accept notes for deposit into an account.

Reading the other reviews, there is a pattern of behaviour from the staff at this branch. I'd recommend using another.

Awful service and I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them. The staff are unbelievably rude, they try and push you into anything outside of Royal Mail to earn some money and get you to pay higher fees. I've also seen them treat packages abysmally so I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM with yours. The counter staff need to be sent on some training - as I can assure the owners if there was any other post office in Leyton they wouldn't have any business. An absolute joke.

Avoid this office. They are working whenever they decided.
The office is closed from several days now. No information, no working hours, nothing. I have a parcel to collect but I'm checking every day and despite saying that it's open in the website, the office is closed!
When I try to call the number provided on the site and found when I will be able to collect mi parcel - there is automatic service and I can have any answer!
This is absurd!
