Stoke Newington Post Office & UOE Store

Some workers should really learn to behave! I was at the post office to return something and I didn’t understand what the lady at the till said at first because her english is not good, and she started to be rude and annoyed! I stayed polite, because i also work in retail and i never act like that, but she was showing rudeness all the time and she took my bag which I wanted to return and throw it behind her. Unbelievable, how rude!! The same thing happened with the older men on till 3! He was rude for some other thing and i was witnessing many time that he is rude to somebody else! The manager should really be careful when giving the job! If they are already working with people they MUST learn to handle them and BE KIND and have patience!!!!

If there are three of you standing behind behind three desks, not serving anyone but nonetheless busy doing something else and you see a customer waiting to be served, how much effort and saliva does it cost for at least one of you to tell that customer that they will be served shortly, that you will only be a few minutes, or for him to come back the next day? He may be in a hurry because he is in the middle of cooking for his children or whatever.

But it is just common courtesy, no? How hard is it to be nice and/or polite, these days?

On the 28th of December 2021 , I have visited this post office at around 17:00pm to post some items my son sold over Christmas period.
Had quite a lot of parcels to dispatch .
The service I have received from Ali was absolute fantastic.
The professionalism alongside his friendly approach are qualities any employer want from their employee.
