Sherwood Sub Post Office

Friendly and professional staff - had a lovely chat with the lady working in the counter office - she gave me some nice advice for future :)

For some reason on the busiest days they only have one member of staff on. Huge queues and takes over 40 minutes to get served. Do yourself a favour and go to the post office in town because I've never had any luck at this one!

Huge queue and one person serving which means that customers are being left ling wait times. Don't waste you're time here.

This store is run down! Used to be a really good place to shop before the change of owner last couple times I have come here they have nothing and prices have hiked. dissapointed will shop at co op from now

I was very impressed with the Post office this week and would like to congratulate them on an excellent service. Due to Covid restrictions, I had to send stuff to Bristol from Nottingham. I parcelled my items and put second class postage on them and posted the parcels on Friday 28th May 2021 and they arrived in Bristol at my son's address on Sunday 30th may 2021. I was very impressed by the excellent service especially in these very difficult times.

Quite simply the best post office I visit, under the current climate you may have to wait to be served but that’s just the way things are I’m afraid, the staff are friendly & always available to give advice on saving money postage wise, I find them very polite & approachable and always (well nearly always) smiling 🙂 , the shop is also worth a visit well stocked and a nice wide variety of both soft and alcoholic beverages as well as general shop goods.
