Westdale Lane Post Office

I have never needed to complain before but after having had no mail all week I have received a volume today Friday 29/5/20
Is there a genuine reason? Thank goodness I wasn’t waiting for anything urgent!

Came in just as the store was closing but the lady was so patient and still served me! She was amazing. Thank you Ahmad

Terrible service! Kept a parcel from me for a week, rude and laughing behind the counter.

Got told to go down to the other post office to collect it but we went to the other one first and they showed us proof being delivered here and he wouldn’t be bothered to get it.

Not worth going to this post office again!

Excellent service , collected several parcels , one of which couldn't be found at first and although very busy ( Xmas week) the chap couldn't have been more helpful or polite .

All I can say is, don’t advertise you’re going to be open on Christmas Eve until 1pm and even go as far as to put it up in the door if it’s BS… Cheers lads for that.

Just visited 93 Westdale Lanes post office. Excellent service and super friendly staff. Took great care and made sure my vast amounts of photocopying was all correct. Think they deserve more stars.

Customer service for this Post Office is the best in Mapperley I use the post office 3/4 times a week and they go out of their way to ensure a first rate experience I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Always excellent service and help. Even takes my bank deposits too. So no runs over to HSBC in Arnold. Thanks guys :-)
