Tottenham Post Office

The staff is really rude. They act as they don't understand you and also they are very unhelpful. I had a problem with an international package that I sent 2 months ago and in the track website was still shown as the parcel hasn't left the country yet. I went there to ask them some information about what it's happening with the item and the lady just reply: I don't know. So I was like if you work here at list you could give some information about . She as a staff working face to the customer service should try to help to the customer instead of say just "I don't know". Apart of that the guy sit next to her was rude as well telling "we don't know so just leave". I ask them that I want a complaint form for my item and she was "go online". I was seriously? I put in risk myself coming here in a pandemic as the rules are "staying home" and as online I couldn't find nothing helpful so I just came here for more information of my parcel. Then, she ignored me avoiding contact eye and looking at his colleague kind of laughing as if I was crazy. I really no recommend this post office, the staff look as if they are there for obligation and they don't offer a personalized customer service.

They are very unprofessional and very rude! They don’t speak English between them and this is awful! Please hire people who wants to work not these useless!

Although it is very slow to serve the customers but the employees are also very patient so they deserve 4 stars

Times you do get to be seen, staff are unfriendly, sour and I suggest they get some training in customer services
I had a stamped letter to send .. no post box, went to desk to leave with them but they refused saying they'd then closed

Hi have been using this post office for over 13 years all was excellent service pleasure going there nice staff

The staff was always nice and act in a professional manner. I used this branch for sending letters, money deposit and exchange.
I am surprised for such a polar views as I never felt in this way when assisted by them and especially from the staff shown on the photo.

At this post office you can not only send a letter / parcel but aswell you can pay your bills at the kiosk inside with I find very useful. Also you can find there envelopes , boxes for your parcel and more . There is stand for print photos or making your own t-shirt. This post office can get very busy and is only one or two tills open so you need wait for long time. Customer service is usually good there .

Staff are lovely. They do speak English. Ignore those comments below. I’ve been using this post office for a year now and I can tell you they have been very helpful. Keep up the good work.
