Parcel ordered via amazon for next day delivery. It’s been 48 hours and I still haven’t received it. It’s been sitting in the Mail Centre for all of today instead of being re-delivered as I was told over the phone

We realise you are on strke for a reason and that Poyal Mail employs temps at this time of year, sorry to write a bad revue, BUT,
we have received Christmas mail for 55 Hope Street at our address of 53 Hope Street, our number is on the door, 55 is the large detached house we are a semi with 51 Hope Street. we have had great service fom Royal Mail in the past unfortunately not so this season, if your union bosses took no pay rises for a while and let the workers have decent wage rises then things would be better ,

Dreadful experience with them. Managed to lose a parcel which had been marked as delivered. The person behind the counter was completely unhelpful, and kept rolling his eyes at me when I was trying to explain my situation!

Avoid at all costs.

Royal Mail have now had my parcel for more than a week, with expected delivery date from my tracking number stating due for delivery last week. No way of being able to find out what's happened to the parcel because you can't call and speak to anyone, and automated number tells you to call the head customer services office. Good luck getting through to them within 4 hours. After 30 minutes waiting on hold, I gave up.

Come on RM, you're supposed to be providing a service but trying to get any help is like trying to meet the Queen.

Took an absent delivery card and ID to collect an item after customs paid. Although the Surname was correct, Man said the first name on the parcel doesnt match as my first name has been shortened name he said it doesnt look short to me, I could go with Stephen to Steve but not this even though the logic in the shortening was explained. Have we got proof of address, yes its in my hand, he says like something with my address on, my husband showed his driving license but the address was different although there were now two people standing there with the same surname. Still no. We showed the USA postal receipt on my phone "I'm not allowed to take anything from phones" we said we could tell him the amount paid to customs, show him a picture of the parcel and describe the contents, but NO! Then I said we need to escalate this to a manager as he has five available proofs from us about the parcel. He humms, then we show him an email from Royal Mail (logo, references etc) confirming customs paid, but NO. He then checked his docked and spotted a phone number which I told him what it was. It was only then that he saw sense. Either being deliberately difficult, an idiot or jobsworth (and probably the local shop steward). Retraining is required. Not what I expect from a modern day Royal Mail.

My parcel has been scanned at depot 3 times in two days but for some reason, has not left to be delivered to me. This was guaranteed before 1pm delivery Yesterday - my birthday. Very upset and no one will help. They do not care. Just another lost parcel.
