Royal Mail

I took the opportunity to select collect from the sorting office as I knew no one would be in at the time postie would try to deliver. On arrival, supplying my tracking number, they couldn't find the parcel where it should have been, in fairness they did have a good route around but still couldn't find it. They took my name and contact details for when they did. I'd just got back in the car when the lady burst out the door trying to find me. Can't ask for better service than that! A great experience can't fault them.

I had an email this morning from Royal Mail saying my parcel was due for delivery between 9.03 and10.03am.
At 12.30 I rang Sutton delivery office to politely ask when the parcel would be with me. The guy who answered said he was the delivery manager, and he obviously has never had any customer service training. He said we don't do delivery slots and it will turn up when it turns up.
Very helpful... Not.
Our normal post is delivered by Katie and you couldn't ask for a nicer, more helpful person. Maybe she should be the Delivery Manager and the other guy try a different job where he doesn't need to deal with people.

Parcel still hasn’t arrived. I rang up at 12:34 asking if its still being delivered today but the bloke on phone says they dont give delivery slots out which u can see is a lie as i have proof they do. If hermes and yodal can deliver on time then why Can't you?

The guy is a little deaf not is fault miss heard what I said and I didn't have my card so made his job harder he did find my parcel so can't complain grat service.

This place is a joke. The ONLY delivery service that doesn't actually deliver your parcel and takes it on a magical mystery tour instead, global warming eh. The opening times are also a joke if you work for a living, if a person is about between 8 and 10am to pick up a parcel then they would be in when it gets delivered in the first place. All your competition can deliver a parcel, why can't you?!
