Warsop Sub Post Office

I went in yesterday to "try" to get my 3 youngest childrens passport photo's done...well...I've never experienced such a bad experience EVER...the women taking the pics (short dark hair, probaby in her late 50s with glasses) was so rude towards me...even my kids picked up on it...she clearly was not willing to help at all...she was off with me the first & last time I went in also...I really dont know what her problem is with me...or maybe its just her own issues!! I asked her if the pics dont pass..."will I get my money back"? Totally ignored me...I couldnt believe it! I buckled my kids up in the car...went back to confront her, said shes not off with me...I said "oh are you like this with everyone then"...she made out I wasnt helping..because I was on my phone :s, is it not her job to take the pics that I WAS going to pay for...I will keep trying to speak to the manager to complain about her...she really did put me on a downer yesterday!!!

Lost my dad recently and had so much paperwork. Postmaster was really kind and offered to help with anything I couldn't manage on my own and offered counter signature of documents if I needed. Really helpful

Unfriendly, unhelpful, couldn´t tell me where my parcel was after the docket left by postie gave this adress and I drove for 5 miles...waste of time!

I had to send a package, I queued for half an hour, when my turn comes the lady tells me that she can't help me that I have to fill out a form and she didn't have time for me. the worst post office
