South Normanton Post Office

Great post office with nice, friendly staff who are always willing to help. They really do go the extra mile on customer service. Very good selection of cards, stationery etc as well as all the post, bill paying and banking facilities.

Can't fault the staff here, always friendly and pleasant but they really need to limit how many can be inside at any one time during this pandemic as there's just not enough room to social distance at all. It's especially difficult with people trying to look at items on display next to where the queue for counter service is. I was forced to leave the queue today as there were just too many people crowding closely round me and it wasn't safe.

Great local post office. Always super helpful. Got my Euros here and regularly use for posting special items!

Paid £11.40 for special next day signed for delivery, i was told it was guaranteed to be at the address by 1pm next day. The parcel never got delivered to the address on the parcel , but ended up in Birmingham main sorting instead of Blackburn. Absolute disgrace. I went into the post office to complain, and was told i must have put the wrong postcode on. More like the staff typed the address in wrong in the receipt printing machine. I would never go there again. I will go out of my way now to another post office because i want my parcels to get delivered to the right address. Royal mail you need to check this post office out !!!

Best post office around, I always go here because the staff are so friendly and efficient. Thank you for all the smiles!
