Forest Town Post Office

This is terrible since I wanted a package there but the post office said they lost it even though I could physically see it not good :(

3rd time I have sent mail from here and its gone missing

If I could give 0 star rating I would, it's that bad. Very poor customer service and unwilling to help. Because it's the only local post office for miles and they know it. The man and wife couple post masters are the worst I have ever had to deal with. EVER! All large parcels you send are left on the floor the side were customers que so your parcel is not safe and could get damaged by accident by queing customers or customes trying to lean over the piles of parcels to buy a card. Because their is only the man and wife post masters it is always very slow to be served and 80% of the time their is only one if them at the counter. The service is so bad I now walk almost 2 miles to the next post office. Avoid this post office. Don't give them your custom!!

None of my parcels have arrived, it's some fake post office, everything I send off gets lost (probably stolen) and everytime I send something off they ask what's inside. Please save yourself some trouble and dont send anything from this place, most likely it wont arrive.

Now that the PostOffice has moved to the new garage location, the service is AMAZING! Thank You! Lovely friendly staff always ready to help and advise!

Always helpful no problem with service

Looked on the website for closing times and stated 5.30, when I arrived after cancelling a job to get there on time I found it shut at 2pm. Cost me time and money. Very poor show.

Been there twice. Twice rejected.
