Friendly, helpful ladies behind the counter, queues much shorter than they ever used to be - probably thanks to DVLA going online! The best PO in the S41 area by far (used to have one at the top of my road but chose this one out of preference)

Always a slow terrible service, today when collecting my Amazon order... before I could even get it out my mouth that I was there for that purpose I got asked if I was coming for my discretionary payment! How insulting, I must if looked rough today for her to stereotype me! Full of ignorant, uneducated employees

The staff are friendly and the service quick. I now detour here on my way to/from Tesco, rather than use the much slower Post Office in town.

Opening hours nothing like those advertised. Attended today at 5:40pm to collect parcel, to be told that it closed at 5:30pm. Spar staff just shrugged and said website is wrong. No apology, no offer to help.

Opening times are incorrect. They are for the SPAR shop not the post office. What a waste of a journey!

Disgusting service! I have never seen such scornful staff... a queue of 5 customers and one of the staff unwrapping some boxes for ages. The other staff, looking at the queue... I waited 4-5 minutes.... no change...
