Wellingborough Post Office

Very busy, with slow service. On the positive side they do offer a full range of Post Office services including Passport checking, Photo driving License processing. Staff are helpful and polite, but usually seem busy and stressed.

My teenage daughter regularly uses this branch to return parcels and always tells me how pleasant and helpful the staff are. Ive been in one or two times recently and I have to say all the staff are wonderful, social distancing is taken very seriously too. They are so much friendlier than other Post Offices!

I was anxious going into the post office with covid. As I went in, I was asked to wait outside as there were too many people in there, which was understandable. I was luckily enough to be served by a older Indian lady at the post office. She was kind and patient. My labels that I had printed were all wrong and she took the time to rewrite the addresses for me and have the correct postage even though the had a queue up the street! I would always recommend this lady if you are like me. Thank you so much for making my experience better

Just don't renew your passport at the post office because the passport office will say the was a error on the system. On the renew of the passport. Just get a passport full and let someone help you or you can do it yourself but when it come to section 10 let a profession person full that it. if they can give the personal information out.

Went to post 2 expired passports and asked for signed for delivery as advised bt passport agency. The post office worker took it upon himself to use special delivery at a cost of £6.85 per passport opposed to £2.85 each for signed for that I asked for! When challenged him and said no iasked for signed for NOT special he got all stroppy saying we never send then signed for incase they get lost. I pointed out that they're expired passports so he starts ranting that they'll be cloned and on my head be it! He then scrawls all over the receipt "CUSTOMER ADVISED" and slaps receipt on counter tutting and shaking his head! RUDE ARROGANT MAN, if I need to go here again I will refuse to be served by him, disgusting attitude!!!

On post office call centre, there is no option to talk to human, all automated recordings. Visited there to re-route my BRP but upon arrival they said they cant do it from here. Try going to Kettering or some other post office :( I am disappointed

I went for my passport. Excellent service,staff stayed when they should have closed.Took my photo and completed my paperwork. Thank you.I have had a text to say it's been approved.

Yesterday a very helpful Gentleman helped me update my driving licence! He went our of this way to give me an amazing service! He had me sorted out in about 15 minutes! Where as the other 3 post offices I went to, the people weren't helpful at all! Giving me totally wrong information! Thank you for such a great service!
