Used this postal service twice. Both times there was no queue but customer service was terrible. Two men could not break a smile and were rude. If you want a return receipt, they do not give one.

Extremely poor service. A certain member of staff very rude & spoke to me in a very poor manner even swore at me at one point. I have video evidence to prove this just a shame I cannot upload to this review. I have lost all confidence in the Royal Mail today.

Terrible service, rude, unhelpful
I was waiting for a parcel to be home delivered they didn’t even knock on the door just said no one was in, I asked for them to try again and left them instructions where to leave it as I don’t want to walk to the office as I work nights, they just didn’t listen and did the same thing again, when I went to pick up my parcel and complained they told me “it’s not our problem”

I know I should have checked first, but in what world would you expect the main sorting office to close at midday on a Monday?!! Very random and inconvenient.

There’s lots of reviews saying that the staff are unfriendly. They aren’t there to be bezzie mates. I called in and got my parcel with no fuss and the service was great. Polite AND friendly. Thanks!

Ordered from Ebay, 4 separate items, ten days ago. Still waiting indoors in Lincoln for all of them. Will never order from Ebay suppliers who use Royal Mail ever again!

My Christmas card turned up on the 31st December.

Unskilled workers getting generous salaries complaining that life isn’t fair. The country is on its knees financially, yet these guys ask for more money from the invisible pot by going on strike, ruining Christmas. I’d personally just replace them. With the salaries they get for the skill set they have, they’d be replaced with grateful workers in days.

Thanks for ruining Christmas Royal Mail 👏

Keep failing at ringing doorbells, frustrating when you take time off to receive the red card.

Might be easier for me to just never been in and collect, feel like my time won't be wasted then.

Complaint staff were polite but couldn't arrange same day delivery due to policy.
