Long Stratton Post Office

Nice staff, very helpful, often a long que (4-5 people in a tiny shop).

They never, ever answer the phone!

I've always had prompt and friendly service here. I've never experienced the queues but maybe I just got lucky. Overall a pleasant experience.

Useless, my wife went to pick up a parcel for me and they gave her the wrong one. The address didn't match the one on her driving license and it wasn't even addressed to me!!!!

Would not accept a parcel that was clearly within the regulations, had to go to a different post office to post it. Appalling!

Older lady is probably the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. The young girl on the other hand was really helpful no complaints about her however the other one this is the second time she has been rude she needs another job front facing customer service is NOT HER THING

Rude and appearing to be deliberately obstructive, determined to make things harder, negative unrequited comments throughout. A really unprofessional attitude and a bad example to the younger worker.
