Dronfield Post Office

Gentlemen with the glasses rudely asked me to move from the desk which is designated for people to write addresses on envelopes and packages, so that he could take passport photos for another customer. How hard would it have been to wait till I had finished? Like 30 seconds! This person needs some customers service training urgently!

Lady behind the counter was extremely polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent customer service. Thank you. 😀

I find it difficult to believe Rob is rude! Even in these crazy times of COVID19 he and his bevvy of beauties are running an essential service with humour, courtesy and panache... Thank you!

Called in today to renew my driving licence. Service was excellent, very helpful assistant with a good sense of humour who made the whole process easier and less stressful.
