Nice staff

I would expect, staff to understand the service's, the post office provides, But they seem uneducated.
You want happy customers, then don't face them with ignorant staff members, it's irresponsible, because it's like talking to a chocolate fire guard, and we go there assuming they know there job, which I feel is a fair assumption. Which means you have employed someone, who is effectively useless,or can't be bothered to help. So thank you for the waste of my time.

Shut at 5:26 today when it says it shuts at 5:30. Wouldn’t mind but when I’d been in earlier I heard the women behind the counter saying how annoying it is that it gets busy between 5 and 5:30 - clearly they’d shut early to avoid this. Rubbish service

It's located inside heron food shop..

Staff that are working there are not helpful at all, just plain rude or ignorant.
