Barry road post office

Really nice staff, always happy to help. They have everything you might need to send/return parcels or letters.

Use this post office on a regular basis, very friendly helpful staff.. great customer service.. great selection of card and stationary.. highly recommended.

Post office closes at 12 on Saturday just thought I'd put this on here incase like me u rush to the p.o to send a package out to find out it's closed

Such lovely, helpful staff - I regularly travel to use this post because of the excellent customer service.

Never one to complain unless absolutely neccessary. First visit here due to my usual Post Office closed due to staff holiday and served by an angry , complaining lady with a Birmingham accent despite being a Drop and Go customer and happy to.stand in the line as I only had 1 parcel . Lady was really rude first off all telling me I went to wrong counter then asking if I had come from Park Crescent Post Office and if so was I sent there by a notice on the door . To which I replied No and that I had even taken my large sack of parcels to Kings Square the day before . The lady then complained about them only having 2 behind the counter and not having the staff to.cope with Drop and Go...I literally handed her 1 parcel for goodness sake !! My usual Park Crescent Post Office only has 1 on the counter and still manages to cope ..the husband and wife are always polite and happy to help and there are always lines of customers . I was literally the only customer in the Post Office on Barry Rd while this rude lady gave me a barrage of complaints .
As a Business Owner and Drop and Go customer I will never ever use this Post Office again ..what a contrast from Kings Square Branch where I visited the day before with a huge sack of parcels and all the staff are lovely nothing is too much trouble despite being the main Post Office in Barry so the busiest. As a Business owner we were all affected by the Postal Strikes before Christmas but understood and supported their actions and Kept Calm and Carried on. I suggest this rude lady does the same .
