Opening hours are inconvenient you should be able to get your parcel which is your legal property any point during the day Monday to Friday between normal opening hours of 9 to 5 I appreciate opening late evenings may require some additional closing times during the week but surely royal mail will have enough staff!! I would like to access my parcels at any point during the day.

10:10 am Friday morning close till 12 now

I work full time and these parcels are often for my job I am now stuck until they reopen at 12 pm which has caused great inconvenience to my business

Ignore the current opening hours...they've changed yet again. Maybe when one of the clowns learns to read and write they can update the opening hours. Joke of a place 8-2 opening on weekdays. Who's that good for

Arrived at 12:15 to collect parcel... All closed and no one there to help. Website showed opening hours as 8/2 on a Saturday.. absolute shambles. I drove over 20 miles to collect my parcel ..Not good ,the price of fuel these days

Absolute joke. Times are all wrong, and won't be open at all tomorrow due to "staffing issues". I needed this parcel urgently and now I have no way of getting it. Postman didn't even bother ringing my doorbell.

Royal Mail is a joke as it is, and the flint Post office is not far from that...
As a minimum they can update the anyway inconvinient times

I wouldnt even give them 1 star, its only because it won't let you leave a review otherwise. Royal mail is an absolute joke, the opening times are prehistoric, get with the real times. What another waste of time turning up to the depot when it's closed, but Web site says its open, do your self a favour and ring up to check the opening times are correct, one of the countries failures. A part time company in this day and age.

You never know if it's going to be open or not. Even on this page the times are all wrong. Plenty of complaints but nobody gives a toss. Are Royal Mail "special" people who can't do a full 8 hours? What makes them so important?

Went to collect parcel to be told they couldn’t find it as it wasn’t processed properly, was told they’d find and deliver it the same day and now (3 days later) still nothing and when I check online it says I’ve picked it up on the day I went in. No way to contact about this and reduced hours means I can’t get there due to work responsibilities. Absolutely awful.
