Flint Post Office

I use a mobility scooter and found no difficulty entering and using this post office. In addition the staff were extremely helpful in finding me forms that I needed, and in explaining financial services available and how they all work. There's also a photo-booth inside the post office that I can only describe as very modern. No more adjusting seats, and the photo's are stored on the system (in addition to giving you hard copies) so if you apply for a passport, you only have to quote the reference given on your hard copy and the Passport Office can retrieve the photo. No need to send your hard copy to them. There is a good selection of items in the post office for those operating an e-Bay account (sellers) from bubble wrap to every kind of package and envelope. The service is efficient and friendly. Long may they continue.

Absolutely fantastic service! I was let down by another Post Office this morning when I was trying to organise a digital passport renewal for my children. As a result I phoned Flint Post Office and spoke to Sharon who reassured me that the service could be provided at their post office and that staff would be on hand to help me once I reached them. This was the first time I had visited Flint Post Office. It was a very busy post office, but the staff were friendly, helpful and gave their time to every customer who walked in. My passport photos were taken and the digital renewal was completed. A huge thank you to Flint Post Office! I will certainly consider visiting you again and will definitely recommend you to others. Thank you for helping me today 😊

What absolutely fantastic service at Flint post office, having been there for travel services, exchanging for dollars and to set up a travel money card, the lady who served us was an absolute credit - helpful,friendly,interested - I wish I saw her name badge because she is and deserves acknowledgement for her wonderful customer service (14th September 10.30am ish)

Quick and friendly service!

Always friendly and helpful. I've used many post offices in my time. I'd trade them all for this one. They were especially helpful in setting up my Mum's savings account as she can't get out of the flat, and, they kindly reacquainted me with my lost pair of glasses, which, unknowingly, I'd left there accidentally. This is a 'real' community post office, and, I might even start to do eBay again as a seller, because everything I would need is here. Click and collect too. Fabulous.

The staff in this post office go above and beyond to help people. I used flint post office twice today to get a dbs form application verified and my ID documents, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Even when I had to ring them inbeteeen visits, absolutely amazing on the phone too, very very helpful. Last but by no means least, thank very much to the wonderful Zoe, who has been absolutely brilliant helping me on both visits. I cannot recommend this post office enough. Thank you, all of you, once again for everything today. X

Really helpful staff ,I did nt want the hassle of renewing my passport on line but a friendly lady of the staff took me through it and ensured my photo was eligible because taking all necessary details .WELL RECOMMENDED!!
