Cannot deliver a parcel at Redlands Av to a 98 year old. First time claimed no one at home and left card. Lied, did not contact householder or leave a card. Second attempt said it was delivered and signed for. Householder was home with a carer at time of supposed delivery, not contacted or signed for the parcel. No idea where parcel is. Spent 52 minutes trying to get though to customer service. A disgrace and useless service.

Opening times are ridiculous. Arrived 2 minutes after closing and shutters were down. Everyone had long since gone home. Need to extend opening times. There was no way to contact the office as I attempted to call ahead as I was 3 minutes away and just wanted to ask them to hold on as I was desperate to get my parcel.

Have the most clapped opening hours. Why is it only open when literally the whole town is in work or school.

Very handy for collecting Amazon Local Collect deliveries, use it all the time and never had a problem.

The man behind the counter in the parcel collection place is the most painful person to deal with.
He was so rude to me once I had to ask him what was wrong with him.

The staff were so annopying and my package came open and the product were damaged, and the opening tyimes are bad

I wish they would be open later its annoying trying to get there and work needs to be open at least to half past 12.
