Had a card through the door at 9:30am saying i had missed my delivery and that i could collect from the sorting office, but collection times are between 7:00am and 9am but it states on there website that the opening times are until 6pm. So frustrating when you dont provide correct information to the public and not adjusting your open/ close times online to save people wasting they’re time traveling to the office to then find out its closed, very poor communication to the public and if it was an option i would of much preferred a different courier.

Absolute shambles! I've instructed 3 times online for you to deliver a parcel to my neighbour after not delivering it in the first place. Your restricted office hours make it impossible for me to collect. I instructed you again to deliver to either neighbour who are always in. Again you have taken it back to the office from which I cant pick it up!! Just do as your instructed!!! Why do I not get this problem with any other delivery company??

I visited the llanelli sorting office to pic up two packages that I had missed around 12 o’clock yesterday 24” may .
It was so convenient to be able to pickup the parcels after 5 o’clock .

If you had and brain cells would have made it 6pm,8pm.
But I guess you lot in Llanelli dept to give a s,,,,,

Literally signed for my parcel and got handed the wrong one! EBay won’t help because my address and name is on my tracking which says delivered but not had it!nobody will help

Open hours are a joke and there's no way for a friend or relative to collect on your behalf. How are we meant to collect our parcels?

Excellent , cheerful staff at Llanelli sorting office. Always happy to help. I wish some of the previous reviewers knew how hard the staff at RM work. During the peak of Covid they did their best opening the SO for parcel collection but it wasn't possible to open regular hours as so many staff had to isolate. #thumbsupforyourpostie

Not open to collect an item for Christmas. Pathetic strike
