Welshpool Post Office

Bad move to transfer from its site in Severn Street. Very congested, customers have to queue between the shopping displays,especially on 'big' pension days. Especially inconvenient for disabled persons

Slow, disinterested service in the post office. Hardly anything I on the shelves of the shop itself.

just changed some foriegn currency at welshpool . what a rude young lady not a please a thanks just dam right rude . digusting service never will go there again would rather drive to shrewsbury . review your employees and quick .

Slightly better now than it used to be: the Eastern European young lady who served me last week was courteous and that was a welcome change. I hope she stays!

with a huge queue the cashier efficiently sent my many parcels with good customer service and very polite and friendly

Tried being jovial with Clerk today but obviously weather had got to her and felt like I should go elsewhere next time. Signs were puzzling as I ended up in wrong queue for post! Come on get things together and if you are struggling w the weather do not take it out on your customer

I like this post office branch a lot. Sometimes I travel 25min to send my parcels from this location because of the service I receive.

Great post office and friendly staff.
Just don’t get it mixed up with the sorting office like I did..
