Rushed to get a parcel before they supposedly close for lunch (Tuesday), to find they closed at 11am and not reopening until Thursday.
NEED TO UPDATE OPENING HOURS

Please sort out the web site.it says Monday open at 3.30 but actually shut.!!

Normally very good but a bit miffed off as went to pick up a parcel I had missed yesterday (within the opening hours stated on the website) only to find it shut. Had a note on the door saying that they were open at a later time that day due to unforseen circumstances which is fair, it happens! So I went back within the times advised and it was shut, no one there. Not very happy having to make 2 trips for nothing.

How is anyone with a day job supposed to collect a missed delivered parcel from you. Your opening times Re shocking. I for one will never be able to collect a parcel, which will be returned to the seller. Sort the service out then you may have cause to strike.

Lost my parcel of wool that was ordered to make Christmas presents. Getting no help, they refuse to admit its lost yet they don't know where it is. Could take 10 days to get an answer and considering I've been waiting for this order since the 10th, this means it may be too late to make the Christmas presents. Thanks Royal Mail. If I had a choice in the matter I would never use them again. Ridiculous how in this day and age a huge bag of wool could completely disappear into thin air.

Useless. How are you supposed to get a parcel when you have a job?

over gate at side of house which by the way is over 8ft tall needless to say mirror tray inside broken
