Uplands Post Office

Lovely shop but the Post Office employee I spoke to today was rude. She didn't know how to help me, made me feel unwelcome and blamed me for not explaining well enough what I needed... a very unpleasant experience!

I've been using Uplands Post Office for quite some time now & I found it very handy because they sell all sorts of items, its not just a Post Office. I've found the staff very helpful & willing to serve you with a smile. Thank you all.

Refused to accept paid parcel that was 2mm out of shape due to cardboard having naturally movement.

Yes 2mm not 2cm

I showed them it does pass if they push it slightly but she was on a power trip and refused.

Explained I was disabled and no reasonable adjustments made under equality act 2010
