Radyr Post Office

Post Office in a corner store. One staff member looks after both tills so there can be a short wait. However, staff know their stuff and are happy to help you work out best postage etc.

Very helpful staff and generally pretty quiet.
**Use your local post offices or they will close!!!!

The shop staff prioritise the shop counter over the post office counter regardless of who is next in line. Avoid if you're in a hurry or looking for polite and courteous staff.

Spoke to a man @ 11;35am on Sunday 29th of May enquiring about currency exchange. The rude man has put me off using their service completely

I often check opening times and drive there find it is closed -

Even with the updated opening times on the door the post office is closed earlier than they advertised. Open when they feel like

lovely place but crowded (5 persons in front of me)

They close when they feel like it and the old lady that works there doesn't have a clue what's she's doing and gives wrong advice.. have a word or give her some training..
