Cornwall Street Post Office

Post Office part of the shop closes at 13:30 on a Saturday, good luck finding that information either online or even in/on the store.

That was day 2 of 3 trying to get my parcel, finally got it after standing at an empty counter for long enough to wonder if I was being pranked.

But it's not all bad, at least the staff are only borderline hostile.

The worst post office I’ve ever been into. This is the second time I return to this post office and I’ve already regretted it. The older member of the staff is very rude to women. The normal post office till was closed, there was no sign to advise so and after waiting for a few minutes in the queue he nodded to me to go to the normal shop till. Not an apology not even talking like a human being.
The first time I came here I was returning a large parcel which he didn’t want to take blaming it on the postman’s van being too small. I insisted he takes it and the parcel reached destination as expected.
I strongly suggest the Royal Mail to read the reviews for this place and give them a serious notice to either sort themselves out or pull their facility from their shop as this only does damage to the Royal Mail brand, service and revenue.

Every time I visit they are incredibly rude. Will ignore you while chatting with their friends/colleagues. Haven’t once said hello or thank you. Go anywhere else, they don’t deserve your business.

The worst post office I've ever dealt with. If you want to see terrible customer service, especially from the middle age man who works there come here! I was the only customer there in front of him and I said good morning he ignored me and he took my parcel and threw it away behind his back even though i said thank you he ignored me again. I can't support a business that treats customers as if they're totally worthless.

The worst post office I've ever dealt with. If you want to see terrible customer service, come here! Each time I go (they're unfortunately my local one) they sink to a new low. I was the only customer there in front of the booth, neither member of staff acknowledged me or even made eye contact. I said good morning to them and they carried on for several minutes as if I was invisible. Eventually I asked, politely, if they were serving... reluctantly they said they were. It's like we're doing them a favour! Next time I will actually go anywhere but this one, even if it means having to drive. I can't support a business that treats customers as if they're totally worthless.

The staff here are friendly and welcoming. They helped me with the details that I never knew about the post office services. Glad to have them all the time.

Nice and easy post office very rarely busy the guys don’t waste unnecessary time by over chatting I travel past a post office on my way to this one. Keep up the good work guys!
