King square Post Office & Stores

Awful customer service. Had to queue for about 10 minutes to post a parcel and need d to purchase a postage bag. Once I got to the front of the queue I was abruptly told that I had to re-queue as the position postage bags weren't on her counter. The only sign to say this was right next to her till so I couldnt have seen it until I had queued anyway. By then, the queue was out of the door.

The services they provide are great specially the passport applications some members of staff however have a attitude that's not very welcoming make you feel that they are doing you a favour not their job but then again there is not a lot competition in Barry with posts offices now is there

All the staff are friendly and helpful ,the boss even gave me some till roll free of charge as i had run out myself.excellent service .

The people that work here are kind and helpful.
I’ve been here several times, and they do a grand job.
I’ve unfortunately had to go in last minute today, and still found them polite and helpful when all they most probably wanted to do was lock the door! Thank you for your service.

Wanted to buy some chocolate from the shop side and was shouted at not to "push in" the queue for the post office which was on the other side of the room. I tried to explain but the rude lady was having none of it. The two gentlemen at the post office side are lovely but this experience has really put me off going in due to my anxiety disorder.

Excellent overall. They helped me with my road tax a while back and occasionally use then when I pop into Barry . Quick,efficient and polite service.

Always great service at PO counter, friendly, polite and informative.
The shop has a super selection of cards too - definitely the best at this end of town.

I am a very frequent visitor to this post office and every single member of staff are always helpful and polite no matter what
