Rhoose Post Office

Fine except the attitude of the owner who's refrain is "you would not have a local post office if it was not for me!" He carries that outlook with him!

The staff are polite and the post office well stocked with the expected shopping paraphernalia.

I asked a month ago what time the post office was open on Monday morning thee answer was 8.30 am .got there at 10 to 9 this morning and the same lady lighting up a cigarette said the post office doesn't open till 9.Not a smile or apology , I find the lady and the owner both miserable. And I now go to wenvoe post office where you'll get a service with a smile.

Absolutely useless. I needed something sent internationally and asked for it to be sent the quickest way possible for it to arrive within 2 days. I was surprised to hear it didn't arrive until a week later with a standard class stamp on it!! The staff need to wake up or have some more training. If you don't understand what is being asked of you then ask and confirm!!

Everything a post office should be and great community spirit too. 5 star service

Just had 3 huge bags (60 litres) of compost delivered to the door. Great value at £6.99. This village store deserves high praise for fabulous customer service - it reminds me of how shopping used to be years ago !

After living in Rhoose for many years, Pearl and the team at the post office and what you'd expect from a post office team, always helpful and dedicated to the job!

Still closed... Its ridiculous
