Wilson Road Post Office

Had a bad experience today, arranged for a parcel to be delivered at the post office today, but they refused to accept it, giving me no explanation why!!!!!!.
Has anyone else had a similar experience. I would love to know.
I will not be using this post office again.

All the staff are most helpful. Always get a smile and a hello. We use the office on a weekly, sometimes daily basis.
