It a small quiet PO

I sent two very important letters through this post office, weighed, stamped, left behind the counter for collection, never received at the other end.

Closed when it says open, can't take card as they're closing and nor particularly helpful.

Didn't go in this time machine had broken down so couldn't help me 1st time for everything I suppose normally very good

Rude owner, consistently closes 20 mins early - avoid

Sent off a package to the US and it went missing and didn’t arrive, the gentleman behind the counter gave me a form to fill out on which I provided contact details so they can update me on whether the package was found or if I’ll get any compensation. It has now been several weeks and I haven’t heard from them. Won’t be sending off anything with that post office again. They’ve let me down.
