Terrible shop with rude staff. Closes at random times so a complete waist of time trying to post anything from here. Avoid if possible

Rude & incompetent. On the phone while serving customers myself included. Has no clue how to deal with franked mail and the differences between mail marked and normal price postage. Offered to “put it in the bag” once the mail man collecting confirmed the price paid was correct, but was unable to provide proof of postage. Went to the next post office shop 5 minutes down the road, no problems at all, and was able to provide proof of postage without asking.

I have reported this transaction to the Royal Mail, as the shop should not be allowed to offer postage services if their staff are insufficiently trained.

Terrible customer service and incorrect information provided in regard to postal service. They are suppose to represent the post office as a whole but appear selective in what services they provide especially where postage is prepaid. Would never use this post office again.
