Broughton Post Office

Staff terribly unfriendly unless you're local. Made false accusation about my request because the server couldn't manage a simple excess postage request.

This is a small and busy shop, with long opening hours and lots going on at peak times.
I use this post office now my local one has sadly closed. The staff here are always very friendly, capable and particularly helpful... Something I really appreciate!

Always really friendly service. Made a mistake with stamps one time, when I returned it was sorted in <5 minutes with no fuss.

A vital part of the local community, the staff are always helpful and friendly and a good range of facilities is available. I have no hesitation in awarding Broughton Post Office 5 *'s. Well done to all.

Last time I ever go there

What has happened to this post office says open at 8am yet hubby had to queue at 9am for it to open today. Service terrible could not pay paper bill cause only one person in. Not good enough. What happened to old staff who knew what they were doing and so professional
