Royal Mail, Chepstow Delivery Office

Absolutely disgraceful service. We now only receive post ONCE a week! Documents and post I need for the weekend and have been posted first class do not arrive-even my Mother's day card arrived the following Wednesday having been posted first class to arrive in time. Reason? Staff shortages-which has been the excuse for years...Can't even pick up our post from the Delivery Office (we are obviously now officially a 3rd world country)in person(when it is open that is...) because the post is the property of an address not a person!!...HELP! Doesn't even deserve 1 star(can't give no stars).

never knock the door for items signed for, 3 x items this week while ive been in just a card through the door. so annoying you then hve to collect in a 2hr window at a sorting office. i guess it saves the postie 1-2 minutes. bad service

Spent all day waiting at home for a delivery, with two cars parked outside my home, only for Royal Mail to not even leave a card to say they missed us, even though they never even came to the house. The royal mail is a circus, and everybody who works there are clowns.

Company sent me a parcel with incomplete address.

Extremely helpful postie searched the office, despite it being closed and him being on his break, and found it for me! Meant I had what I needed for a work party the same evening.

Hugely grateful - unfortunately didn't get the chap's name. They deserve their raise! Thank you.

Two parcels to be delivered, I rearranged to be collected from the local post office and rather than taking them there they attempted delivery again!!! They are Xmas gifts and you are making life difficult

Letters for hospital and Doctors arriving days after appointment.
Doctors and Hospital don't always text to inform you. Please help it's important. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Doesn't even deserve one star! It's open 8am -10am except on strike days and every day I have been there, it was closed.

Parcels show as at this DO for days without attempting delivery. Two hours opening each morning is totally inappropriate for those who have to work, they've even done away with the one day a week they use to open on an evening. Appalling service.
