Why have a phone number if you don't answer? Its' ridiculous. Some people don't have the time or money t go to the post office to ask if you do something. 0 Customer Service.

The staff don't seem to have an idea on how to run a Post Office and have a don't care attitude.
I won't use this Post Office again.

**Extremely rude to customers, no customer service skills. Lack of manners and communication skills, not a clue how to run a post office.**
Told me that the parcel I had delivered to them wasn't there, even showed them the tracking (still didn't believe me). I then returned with my brother, who demanded that they check the Royal mail parcel bin.. low and behold, they had it!
Will definitely not reccomend this post office!

After constantly ringing somebody finally answered the phone, I asked if they could handle DBS applications and payment and was told yes, My Son then drove from Cross Hands to Ammanford with his form and documentation only to be told no

Routinely refuse to do normal post office duties and very rude to customers. Hopefully their temporary closure will become permeant.

Non local called in to deposit cash into my account. I was refused due to only being £5 in 20p. I am not a bank I am a everyday person I do not hold hundreds of pounds in change. They claim this is to reduce the spread of covid how does it? I made a special journey to the post office and was already in front on the cashier my local post office accepts it and would have taken less than 1 minute to serve me. Instead I got told that he couldn't accept it very poor customer service and certainly didn't go above the call of duty. Refusing to serve me doesn't reduce the spread of covid if anything it accerate it due to people having to go back.I was already in the building and literally would have taken 1 minute to be served.

The hours for this post office are all wrong on google!! Please note the hours below as of the 21st April 2021.

Monday - 7am to 9am
Tuesday - 8am to 10am
Wednesday - CLOSED
Thursday and Friday - 8am to 10am
Saturday - 8am to 12pm
Sunday - CLOSED

I took these hours from the door of the post office. Even the Royal Mail website cites the wrong hours for this post office.
