Builth Wells Post Office

Absolutely furious. Posted a parcel on the 28th November, for abroad. Lady asked me what was in there, so I said aftershave, and perfume, she said as long as they're in there original package, it would be ok, as they don't like it otherwise. My family still haven't recieved there gift, so I contacted post office online, and they said, the parcel should never have been sent, as it's classed as flammable, now I'm £120 down, and no xmas gifts.

The staff are nice and helpful . How much is a special delivery cost?

Thank goodness for these places! The Builth PO was recently threatened with closure and thankfully the Premier took it over. Really well stocked little shop.
So friendly, open late and, best of all, cash back when then only remaining ATM next door runs out of cash. Thank you lovelies!

Always friendly and helpful staff. Tracy always has a smile and does her utmost to help people. Great to still see a post office in Builth. Kept us all going in the pandemic.
