Llanrumney Post Office

Staff are friendly and helpful but the inside of the building looks like it's in the process of being demolished. Cabling dangles from the walls in clumps - I can only hope there's no health risk.

The post office service has much improved since relocating to the newsagents further along Countisbury Avenue. The guy that runs the shop is very friendly and happy. The post office staff are always courteous and helpful, especially the lady behind the counter.

Tried calling.. 3 time at the time suggested where it wasn't too busy but it just rang and rang then there was this annoying tone and then the phone line died...

Rude woman behind counter .Arrived around 5.10pm after work and understand that post office is open until 5.30. Could tell that she didn't like the fact she had customers after 5pm. A smile wouldn't go a miss sometime, its like she is doing you a favour having to serve you(it's your job love remember!)and she huffs and puffs and is abrupt and makes it clear to you that she isnt happy that she has to serve you at that time of night!..lnfact she is always so miserable, needs to brush up on her customer service skills

Meant to close at 5.30. shutters down at 5.20.

The woman behind the counter was unfriendly and miserable. I won't be rushing back

After reading reviews on here must say people are ignorant to fact this poor woman is they only cashier that works here she’s over run most days but always gives good service

Called into day at 2.00 3 people in front of me at 2.05 lady behind counter said she was closing for half hour for lunch this is unacceptable has there was no notices up they just let people queue they must have known they would be shutting get people need lunch but they should put up notices hence I went to St Mellons instead where I find the service much better will go there from now on
