Blackwood Post Office

Couldn’t believe it. Left work early to get a urgent letter letter sent by recorded delivery to find that they had closed 20 minutes due to snow. What snow!! I wasn’t on my own too. Very poor service 😔

For the love of God. Can all post offices change their opening times online! I've been to 4 different post offices that are either closed completely due to covid or change of hours. I've been trying to post a birthday card to my elderly and alone nana in Canada for over 2 weeks! Absolutely livid.

Post office is advertising closing at 3.00 but was already shut at 2:45 on Thursday.When will we have proper opening hours.Some of us are working in the week

OVER CHARGE ME ALL THE TIME. Puts my item as the size up so it charges me more. I send a large letter and he charges me for a small parcel. £3.20 for something that should cost 99p. I only knew this because he does it to my friend too

Helpful and patient, queue to enter but very quick to deal with COVID aware customers
