I tried to post a Free Postage parcel today at Boverton Post Office. The chap said he could not accept the parcel as it did not have a Post Office logo on the return address? He didn’t know what to do with a Free Post address!!!! I said I’d take it to another post office as he didn’t have a clue what he was doing! I took it to St Athan post office and the woman there knew exactly how to process it. She gave me a proof of posting certificate...... job done! Wake up Boverton for Christ’s sake!

Always closed when the website says it's open. Not reliable at all. Not really any point in it being there as it's a lucky dip whether they are open or not. I feel sorry for the lovely lady who works in the shop who has to keep telling people its closed.
