I recently purchased what I thought was a dream property and within weeks of owning it I discovered multiple leaks and issues turning it into what was becoming an awful unliveable nightmare. From the moment I called Emad he was professional, knowledgable and made me feel assured. I was able to leave him and his team to find and rectify all of the problems, whilst keeping me up to date constantly with details images and updates with no stress whilst I was unable to live in the property and travelling with work.
