I have recently come to the end of an almost 10 year tenancy with LP&M and I cannot rate the superb service LP&M have offered me as a tenant highly enough. Any issues I had with the property were addressed immediately and safety inspections were always carried out promptly. I dealt mainly with Anne Buggy and if you are lucky enough to come across Anne you will understand why I speak so highly of this agent. Anne has a wealth of knowledge and an extremely professional, understanding approach and is a joy to deal with. The end of tenancy was as smooth as the start with my deposit returned promptly. I would not hesitate in recommending the service LP&M offer.

Absolutely terrible company refused to give back the deposit as promised forced us to stay beyond time agreed lies about listings severely over priced rent for terrble builds bad ventilation no Phoneline no car spaces no work after build was finish and terrible customer service do not rent with this company they are garbage

This is Watford's Best Estate Agents. I have felt listened to and have a great relationship with the estate agents for 4 years. There is always someone available to talk to if need be. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new home.

Myself and my partner have recently just rented through LP&M and what would normally be a stressful time had been made so much easier. Chelsie was absolutely amazing! Renting can be a really daunting process, my husband and I had previously struggled finding a property move into and struggled with different companies. However, Chelsie Legg at LP and M letting had made the process so easy and stress free for us. Working alongside Chelsie has been such a smooth and efficient process. We are now moved into our new property and very happy. Chelsie is a great asset to the LP and M team. Thoroughly recommend her and her team for all your rental needs.
