Idris and his team has been fantastic. I would highly recommend them as they are very up to date, very professional and ready to help at any given time. Customer service is splendid, which is key to moving and settling to a new place and I extremely felt I was listened to. Thank you Oxford Lettings for making my journey smooth.

I will try to make the long list shorter.

Fridge wasn’t working when we first moved in, it took us a month to get it.

Never had keys from post box.

Light switch at living room stopped working, never got fixed.

Cherry on tart was when we needed to get deposit back we had notification from company keeping deposit that it was released and we haven’t heard anything from Oxford lettings. I was waiting 2 weeks, nothing. Got in touch, they said they will transfer it, ignored my email later on and I started calling them.
Eventually they said that it will be in my bank account by the end of the week.
Friday 4Pm I had to explain that this feels like the end of the week for me and I still don’t have it in my bank account and I finally received my deposit back 2 months later from leaving property.
Maybe time frame is normal, but lack of communication is not.

Hope they will improve their services

Idres and his team have been very kind and respectful at all times.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Hamza went out of his way numerous times to answer all of my questions even outside of working hours. Myself and my Mrs moved into our new home last week and could not be happier at the property and the excellent service! Keep up the good work lads!!!

Being new to the rental market Oxford Lettings have been great! From organising the repairs to the property and getting the property let the team have been fantastic! For a hassle free, highly professional and friendly service I can't recommend them highly enough!

Normally i dont comment or review on shops/items but i felt the need to give one for this hidden gem. The level of professionalism was tremendously high. They are also very accommodating and cooperative when it comes to the house. The prices are affordable and excellent considering what they provide.
Would recommend doing business with them.

I rented from them back in 2015 and 2016 when I was studying in Oxford. Eventually me and my housemates could not get all the deposits back either even though we have cleaned and left the property in good condition. What's worst they were rude and aggressive towards the end.
Overall I did not had a good experience with them. I remembered burning all my deposits and they have absolutely no empathy towards students.
