Moving from one rented property to another, the agents were very helpful every step of the process. We were able to go from submitting an application to getting the keys to the property in only a few weeks, and if anything any hold ups during that time we’re probably more our fault than theirs! Would highly recommend using Williams as an estate agents both for tenants and landlords.

As new landlords with no previous experience we found William PM to be extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Mark talked us through everything that we needed to know and found great tenants for our property within a week of us taking ownership of the house.

We also appreciate that, whilst we are utilising the full service offered due to our inexperience, WPM also offer various service packages for those who know what they want / need, which may be something that we consider in the future.

We have been really happy with the service provided and this has even encouraged us to consider taking on other properties when finances permit.

Always friendly, helpful, efficient, communicative and professional. Over the years they have managed my property their service has been (literally) faultless and Jamie Love a joy to work with. I am sad that the WPM contract has ended and I hope the new company can come close to their standards. I'm sure they'll not better their performance.

William Property Managament have easily been the best estate agents we have dealt with thus far. Mark, Vanessa and Adam have been nothing but helpful and patient whilst going through our letting process and getting us into our property. WPM took on the management of our block in April 2021 and we are really pleased with their work to date. All the staff are friendly, professional and respond in good time to queries we have had. Their knowledge of property management is extensive but they are always happy to take time to explain things if asked.

This is our first experience of an external management company and they have certainly relieved the pressure from the Directors in the day to day running of the block. Alice, in particular has worked hard to get all the appropriate building checks in order and up to date so we are confident that all future works will be appropriately planned and budgeted for.

The team at William Property Management have been amazing! The whole process was easy, well explained and the friendly team always were available to answer any questions. We have an superb new home and very happy. Would highly recommend.

After searching for a rented property in Faversham the staff at William Property Management guided me correctly and was at every step of the process when I needed them. With the Start and End of my Tenancy they were supportive and understanding… So good in fact that we have now used them again to find our next property to suit our family growth and needs.

Cannot fault their expert advice and guidance and would highly recommend anyone searching for a property to speak to them before anyone else.

William Property Management have been great so far. Very professional, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to help you.

All of the staff I've been in contact with have been really kind and helpful (Max and Elizabeth off of the top of my head). I emailed recently to ask about wifi options in the property we were moving into, and literally within a couple of hours they had found out the information and rung me to let me know which I really appreciated as I'm working from home at the moment. The check in process was also really simple and stress-free.

Would definitely recommend.
